Hi, I’m Cecilia.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, evolving with me through every season.
My teaching focuses on emotional awareness, the senses, and mindfulness. My classes are designed to help you reconnect with how you feel, soften into presence, and move with intention.
My style is deep and caring, strong yet soft. During class, you’ll probably notice that I sometimes mix up my right and left, and we’ll end up laughing together.
It’s all about practicing self-compassion and radical acceptance, mixed with movement, connection, and a good laugh, a balance of grounding, curiosity, and exploration.
Today I chose to take a new direction in my yoga journey. I currently teach two classes a week, and I’m preparing to step away from studio teaching to focus on collaborations, events, and retreats.
