Your Emotional Sensitive Coach 

I’ve always been someone who feels things deeply, in my body, in my thoughts, and in the way I move through life. For a long time, I didn’t understand that. Everything felt intense, sometimes exciting, sometimes overwhelming, and often I couldn’t really tell the difference.

 

Before becoming a coach, I worked in education, supporting children with special needs, teaching, and holding space in a different way. Looking back, I can see that I was already drawn to understanding people, what they feel, what they don’t say, and what is happening beneath the surface.

 

Over the years, through therapy, my own experiences, and my work as a coach, I started to understand something important: not everything that feels intense is wrong. Sometimes, it’s just something new, something unfamiliar, something your system doesn’t know how to hold yet.

 

I’ve had to learn how to be with that. With my emotions, my patterns, my reactions. Not by pushing them away, but by understanding where they come from.

 

Anxiety used to be something I was afraid of. Now, I see it differently. It’s a signal, a message, something in me that needs attention, support, or space. And even today, it still shows up, but I don’t face it in the same way.

 

Becoming a mother and building my own business brought a new layer to all of this, not just practically, but internally. The doubts, the loneliness, the feeling of not always fitting into a certain idea of what it means to be a “business owner”, and learning to create my own way within that.

 

For a long time, I believed I wasn’t capable, that I needed someone to tell me what to do, how to do it, who to be. And slowly, that changed. Not because I became someone else, but because I started to see what was already there.

 

Today, this is what I hold for the women I work with: a space where you don’t have to pretend or fit into something that isn’t you, a space where you can understand what is shaping you and start seeing what you couldn’t see before.

 

Because when that happens, something shifts. You stop building yourself around beliefs that don’t belong to you, and you start reconnecting with something that is already there.

 

You don’t become someone new. You come back to yourself.
